       Digging up this thread today because TODAY, the Padres clinched
       their first playoff berth in 14 years. It's been a long, long
       road. Last time being 2006 and that didn't end well at all.
       Hopefully with this team, stacked with the likes of Tatis Jr,
       Machado, Myers and Hosmer, we can have a much better run and get
       to the World Series. We have the talent. Now we just need a bit
       of luck to go our way like all teams do. So happy and so pumped
       right now.
