       Simply put, The Commuter has a dash of a few movies rolled into
       one: Die Hard, Speed, Silver Streak and Murder on the Orient
       Express. Going into the movie, I was expecting it to be more
       "Die Hard on a Train" than anything else. But the nods to the
       other flicks was fun. Genre-wise this is more of a Thriller
       wherein Liam Neeson in a race against time must ferret out a
       Witness (so that the bad guys can kill him/her) or they will
       kill his family. That's motive enough to want to save your
       family. Obviously it's not going to be that simple. First it's
       about finding the Witness, then it's about turning the whole
       situation on its head and flipping it against those working
       behind the scenes to frame him for everything. I really enjoyed
       the movie and the 3rd Act was very suspenseful to say the least.
       I definitely recommend checking this one out for sure.
