       As with the first film, I heard a lot of negativity toward Jack
       Reacher: Never Go Back from moviegoers around the internet. And
       as before, I don't give a f*ck about the book to big screen
       translation. I'm just concerned about the end product. The
       hatred toward the first film I felt was unjustified so going
       into this one, I was a bit leery of people b*tching and moaning.
       Well, having just watched Jack Reacher: Never Go Back, there is
       some truth to some of the negativity here....to a degree. I
       still don't think it's as bad as most people make it out to be,
       but it is definitely a step down from the first film. I thought
       the first hour of Never Go Back was a pretty solid film. It's
       the second half where it lost a lot of steam and didn't deliver
       on two fronts for me. The entire movie is building up to the
       Colonel / Arms Dealer getting his comeuppance. The whole thing
       on the Tarmac was pretty damn uneventful. But the biggest gaffe
       was the final showdown between Cruise and the main Villain.
       Their "fight" was just downright lame. If I wanted to watch to
       old guys hobbling around trying to beat the sh*t out of each
       other and looking bad at it....I'll watch Grudge Match
