May the Best Generation Win

So long...
...Rachel. I won't miss ya. This season is already off to a
horrible start and that can be attributed to one tribe in
particular: Millennials. I really don't want to spend my
Wednesday Nights listening to a bunch of self indulgent,
entitled brats telling me how they are the best generation ever.
I don't to listen to them whine about how everything is so hard
and that they should be given participation trophy's because
they "did it". There isn't one person on that tribe I will root
for. They all suck. As for the Gen-X tribe, they are not without
their own issues....especially Dave, who seems woefully out of
his element here. He's jittery, paranoid and kind of useless as
he frail and doesn't have any social skills. So, he's probably
going to win it all. Haha.

Survivor: Jeff Probst reveals where the evacuated
contestants went during that cyclone
HTML http://www.ew.com/article/2016/09/22/survivor-jeff-probst-premiere-millennials-gen-x-cyclone
I forgot to mention in my post that in the shows long history,
never before had any tribe been evacuated from their location
during the game....until last night. I thought the idea of
removing them from the Island would seriously harmed the
integrity of the show. But reading Jeff Probst answer does
squash that....somewhat. They were still in a protected
environment and wouldn't have to deal with the weather. So,
50/50 on that.

So long....
...Mari. You won't be missed. I'm glad the 'Millennials' so we
can start voting these asshats off the show, I want them gone.
It's only 2 episodes into the new season and they are already on
my last nerves. Are kids really this dumb and dense as this
group? I don't want to generalize or make an assumption about
this particular generation, but it's hard not to given all the
news about most wanting their 'Safe Zones' and whatnot. Anyway,
decent episode. Once these kids get voted off, this season will
only improve tenfold.

So long...
...Paul. There is something fascinating seeing a player brag
about how awesome he is as a player and consistently failing to
deliver on his promises and then seeing him getting blindsided
at Tribal Council. The guy sucked and so does the rest of his
Gen-X tribe mates. They are not going to survive much longer. No
leadership....no skill.

Who's the Sucker at the Table? / Idol Search Party

So long...
...Lucy and CeCe. Last week David pulled a bold move to save a
sh*tty player by giving up his Hidden Immunity Idol. He needed
to save the other player so that he won't be considered the
worst. Tonight's episode is just another example of the fact
that he is in fact the sh*ttiest player ever. What a pathetic
excuse for a Survivor contestant. It's not fair he gets a shot
at a million bucks given how awful he is.

So long....
...Figgy. So, they vote out the cutest girl left in the game.
That's about all she had to offer in Survivor. Very dumb person.
She may or may not be smart outside the game, but in it....very
stupid. Why she would "date" a fellow Tribe-mate and then flaunt
it in front of other players is beyond me. All you're gonna do
is fester resentment from everyone else. So, was it any surprise
your ass got voted off? FYI, David is still a disaster in
challenges.

Reunion

Well, the winner turned out to be Adam. He wasn't my first....or
even my 5th choice to win. His story and his relationship with
his mother was heartbreaking to see play out and unfortunately
it doesn't have the happy ending we would have all liked to see.
But he at least got to see her one last time before she passed
away. Very somber opening 15 minutes to the Reunion show....but
it does lighten up later and a large part there has to do with
Hannah, who was the one person I was pulling for just because
she was so out of her element, quirky and most importantly
funny. I like her. She's cool. It was also a hoot to see how
far David got in the game. One of the worst players ever to
start ended up turning into one of the biggest threats ever.
Overall, I really think this season finished off on a very
strong note. I may not have had the time to do reviews for the
last few weeks, but that didn't stop me from seeing major
blindsides week in and week out.
