I don't know who this is. But whatever, he looks like a young
Harrison Ford. Good call. But can he act?

I honestly am only slightly aware of the Star Wars resurgence.
What's the plan? They going to go crazy and do a bunch of these?

Rumor has it that there will be one Star Wars related movie a
year. Some are stand alone origin stories like Han Solo and Boba
Fett. These will alternate with the Main Episodic films: VII,
VIII, etc....And then there are the flicks like Rogue One. The
Episodic flicks will come every 2 years. That's how I've read it
to be.

It's because they can only make three "Episodes" (well, four if
they split up the last one as I've suggested they might), and
they want SW to keep on rolling. So they want to establish an
expanded cinematic universe now. I guess it makes sense to do
these "original trilogy" movies now since we know more about it
than the new era, but honestly, after Episode VII I expect a
majority of SW films will take place in the "present," keeping
the story going with the "Episodes" as the "Avengers" type of
must-see movie and the others and stand-alone flicks like "Iron
Man" or "Thor." After Boba Fett (ill-advised, I think), I hope
we get a Finn and Poe movie or a Rey movie or a "those guys from
The Raid who were in one scene" movie. Avoid looking backwards,
is what I'm saying.

Even though the idea of 3 separate Trilogies (1-9) as stated by
Lucas is coming to a close, I highly doubt Star Wars will end on
Episode 9. I think for as long as Star Wars remains a profitable
franchise, they will continue onward with Episode 10, 11, 12,
etc....and weave in these stand along flicks in the off years.
I'm still not sure what to make of a Boba Fett flick though.
Popular character in toy form, but as a character on screen, he
really doesn't have much to say or do, which makes me question
if there is really a need for a new flick.

I could imagine a Boba Fett movie in the style of, say, Lone
Wolf And Cub or The Professional, have him be a more static
character protecting and killing a client, navigating his way
through the murkier parts of the Star Wars universe. Have a
finale where he fights those other bounty hunters from Empire
Strikes Back, that kind of thing. Instead of Cloud City, maybe
an underwater city, they could flood it or something. That
could be neat.
And yeah, they might continue doing Episodes, but I think they
need 3-Ep plans before they start, it just makes sense. We read
the Episodes as trilogies. So I'm sure we could get a fourth
one, but I imagine that, too, will start with a new cast in a
new era. But I'd like to see more of Finn and Rey outside of
their episodes, I want this new world to continue some more, you
know?

I'm confident in saying that Rey and Finn would appear in
Episodes 10 and onward (that is if they don't kill them off),
maybe in limited roles. But I do agree that they will have to
expand the universe and have new characters anchoring Eps 10, 11
and 12.

Wasn't sure where to post this, but someone on Twitter pointed
out that Sebastian Stan looks just like Luke Skywalker. Disney
has GOT to spring on this!

Yeah, if they don't get him now, I think any other actor that
portrays Luke will look idiotic when they have "Luke" sitting
right in front of them.
