I would love to see this in the theater. I wonder if this is of
any interest to my wife. Usually she sees space, spaceships and
space men and she goes meh!!!

Tell her it's a Rom-Com in space between a man and his plants.

       It's Cast Away on Mars.
Oh, how did I not share this thing? I gotta imagine this is
       getting airtime somewhere.

Saw the flick today. It was brill.
I took my ma to see it, and she's not big into science fiction
at all, but she loved it. She kept saying afterwards "thank you
for making me go see it." We tried to talk Em into going as
well, but no dice (I don't think she ever will, either. We'll
see). Definitely worth seeing on the big screen.
One thing I thought was weird out of context: there were a TON
of previews (I had forgotten how many there were in front of
movies, geezus!), and the first one had Chiwitel Ejiofor with a
beard... and then forty minutes later, he shows up in the flick
looking EXACTLY the same. That was weird.

I 'was' planning to see it yesterday as well, because the
weather sucked. Was going to hit the 4:00 show. Then a series of
events changed all that. Crap... Maybe next weekend?
