Didn't know where to put this and this in particular doesn't
make one a "Hero". But the story is cool and I like Vin paying
tribue to Paul in the manner that he does. Very cool.

We all assume that Big League Sports Franchises are all cold and
heartless and all about money in how they use and disacard
players and whatnot. This article will enlighten you that not
all Owners are bad. The Padres Organization gets my seal of
approval for Hero of the Day for the past 20 years going out of
their way to take care of one of their own. Great read.

Another YouTube Recommendation feed sent my way today. It's a
year old, but I had to post here. The WWE Superstars that made
this a reality for Conner is epic. Along with the Wrestlers,
Conner belongs in this thread as a true Hero. This will leave
you in tears for sure.

This is awesome and it's right out of Babe Ruth / Lou Gehrig
lore as well.

I really like this story. So many people are impatient and
something like this could have had disastrous results. Really
nice that the people involved chose another way to go with this.
Love it!
