What I've heard from a couple of TV Entertainment shows, they
are saying that the entire episode is "Live"....like one of
those Special Stunt Soaps they use to do, and others are saying
just the performance is "Live". I really can't believe that ABC
would risk doing a whole episode live. It just wouldn't work. It
will look just like a Soap.....only worse. And if it's just the
performance being "Live", it's not really going to be that. It
will be more like SNL, which is "Live on tape". That's where my
head is at about this. Figured your sis would have said
something.

Well, I missed Alexa. Though evidently she's really nice. But
tiny, I knew she was short, but Em showed me on her and that's
SMALL.

So I take it that she is just a one and done guest spot? Not a
recurring character?

Right, one of the characters' exes. It sounds like they have a
buttload of guest stars this year.

Waited all summer for Nashville to return and the premiere
episode was, how shall I say this.....underwhelming. It was
kinda boring. The love triangle was incredibly predictable.
Writing 101 pretty much dictates that Rayna would choose Wheeler
over Deacon. You can't have Rayna and Deacon getting together
because that takes away any tension from those characters. Keep
them apart and you got something to work with. As funny as the
road trip was with Scarlett, Avery and Gunner, it was
actually a bit too comical. It was as if they were purposely
trying to act as goofy as possible on camera. The one thing that
I thought was gonna be cool was Juliette in full meltdown mode,
scissors in hand and about to pull a 'Britney Spears'. This was
gonna be shear excitement. Sadly, it doesn't go any further than
a couple of snips. So, no bald cap in future episode. Anyway, I
hope they pick up next week and make up for the lack of sizzle
in this one.
