       [center]Paul Walker's Fast & Furious 7 character 'will retire
       and not be killed off'
  HTML http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-2533356/Paul-Walkers-Fast-Furious-7-character-retire-not-killed-producers-intend-carry-money-making-franchise.html
I was 100% certain that we already had a FF7 thread. I searched
and got no hits. So, I guess we shall start here then. As for
the revelation of 'retiring' Brian Conner, I'm down with that.
Killing him off screen was never going to happen. Why would you
want to stigmatize the movie by rehasing a tragic event in real
life? So yeah, I definitely think this is the best course of
action. Retiring him will actually give us a "happy ending" as
       odd as that may sound.

In 7 days, I won't be around. Going on vacation to St. Marteen.
I rarely see anything more than major news while away.
I'll catch it when I get back... Probably here... Hint, f*cking

It's bittersweet watching this trailer. On the one hand, your
jaw drops at the opening of the trailer and everything after
that. You're like "Hell yeah a new Furious movie!". And then on
the other hand, you are reminded of the tragic loss of Paul
Walker's life every time he is on screen. :(

CLEVELAND, Ohio - We're less than two weeks away from "Furious
7," the latest film in the "Fast & Furious" franchise, and the
movie is already setting the bar high for 2015.
Early industry estimates have "Furious 7" on track for a $115
million opening weekend, which would drive it past last year's
"Captain America: The Winter Soldier" for the biggest April
opening ever. Advanced tickets sales at Fandango are already
       outselling "Fast & Furious 6."
According to a recent article from Deadline, a big part of
"Furious 7" huge tracking numbers is its unprecedented social
media buzz. The "Fast & Furious" franchise has nearly 300
million Facebook fans and close to 30 million Twitter followers.
The individual actors, especially Vin Diesel, Dwayne "The Rock"
Johnson, Ludacris and Jason Statham, are all huge on social
media. Diesel alone has a social reach near the 90 million mark.
Diesel was trending on Twitter and YouTube recently for getting
choked up during a recent premiere and naming his daughter
Paulina after late star Paul Walker. The actor's tragic death
will likely bring fans looking to celebrate his career.
Of course, "Furious 7" is just the beginning of what should be a
huge year at the box office. "Avengers: Age of Ultron" (out in
May) and "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" (due in December) are
likely to set their own box office records later this year.
