I am not at all surprised. I actually expected this. I just
wished the writers had a clear idea of what the f*ck they were
trying to do with the story. It was a great premise that went
nowhere. That's literally the BIGGEST issue I have with the
show. The characters were basically walking in circles with no
clear idea of what the f*ck it wanted to do. Oh well.......

With the show officially cancelled, my enthusiasm for this went
right out the window. Granted, it has been a long arduous
journey watching this show that doesn't go anywhere. Ever. More
of the same here. The hook for this one was stealing a Train
that's carrying Mustard Gas in the hopes of stopping an attack
against innocent people. That's all fine and dandy, but like all
things with this show, it too was nothing more than a sleight of
hand as the gas was already elsewhere. Next week is the series
finale, but my money is on it being a huge let down as they most
likely didn't get any kind of warning that the show wasn't
coming back. So, I'm not expecting any kind of resolution
for....Revolution.

I watched this when it first came out. Just as you said Chip the
story just went in circles tried to stay with it for season 2
but it lost me its too bad because the show had a lot of
promise. Not surprised it was canceled might catch the finale
just to see what they do.

Even though this season has been far from perfect Jim, I still
had to stick it out and see if they could do something fun with
what they had set up in Season 1. Unfortunately, time just ran
out for them. What's frustrating is that everything that was set
up in the first season has been all discarded. Ugh!

My biggest fears about what the Series Finale would give us came
true. Not only do we NOT get anything tied up in a bow, but the
writers tease us with an ending that I absolutely WANT to see
play out. Having the Nano-tech basically infecting all the bad
people and turning them into mindless zombies with a destination
to head for does not scream out as something as wrapping
everything up. It screams out that the writers finally gave us
something the characters and the story could work towards. But
now we get nothing but 'what could have been'. With that said, I
did however enjoy how Miles, Monore and eveyrone else involved
were able to stop the President, particularly in how they were
able to trick him and get a confession out of what he was doing.
But it all comes back to the ending and it leaves too much
unanswered to walk away from this satisfied. I give this episode
3 1/2 Stars. But I give the lack of closure 0 Stars.
