       In Memory Of Max...

       Max (2002-2013)
       Max, I adopted when I got married to my wife. Max and Sam.
       Brothers my the same mom, one year apart. I brought Cleo and
       Storm to the clan.
       While it took time, Max became my buddy. An amazing, energetic,
       smart dog. Max is a small Maltese.
       This morning my wife got up before me, early this morning. He
       went out to pee, carrying his favorite ball. Suddenly he dropped
       his head, and then fell down. She carried him in. Breathing but
       not moving. She screamed, and I raced down to see him breathing
       erratically. I picked him up and held him in my arms cradling
       him. He had a few small jerks. I layer him down and he quietly
       passed away a minute later.
       I miss him.
