This series sees Gordon Ramsay heading around the world to learn
how to make food the right way based on the culture that
originated whatever dish he has his sights set on. It's a pretty
fascinating look in what goes into the menu regarding
ingredients. Some are gag worthy. Okay, most are gag worthy. But
I'm sure that people outside of North America say the same thing
about our food. McDonald's anyone? Pfftt!!

This episode was pretty fascinating to watch as Gordon travels
around India looking to learn as much as possible from great
Chefs. He then has the task of going back to Delhi and cooking
for a group of Indian food critics who will rate whether he
succeeded in doing their dishes justice or failing.
The most disgusting thing within the episode was when Gordon had
to hunt down his own Ant nest for the chutney he was making.
Eating raw (or even cooked) ant eggs made me want to...
