Another show that took an incredibly long time to get back on
the air is Touch. The show was originally suppose to return in
October. Well, that didn't work out, huh? They pushed this back
another 4 months. Much like my views regarding how NBC is
handling Revolution, FOX is clearly dropping the ball with Touch
as I know most will have assumed this was cancelled already.
Anyway, onto the actual episode at hand....
I was able to immediately get right back into the groove of the
show and this coming after the fact that I can't remember much
of what happened in Season 1. But as soon as you pick up the
thread of the conspiracies, everything fell back into place. I
like the addition of Lukas Haas as Calvin, another 'Super
Genius' on the show. Well, that's what we were led to believe.
The big twist at the end is that he is holding Amelia against
her will. My guess is that he is getting all the numbers and
formulas from her and passing it off as his own. But what his
end game is, I don't know. He botched a billion dollar contract
on purpose. So, money doesn't seem to interest him. Anyway, it's
a nice twist that adds to the show.
Glad to see Maria Bello sticking around for a while. I was sure
that she would only be doing a couple of episodes before they
wrote her off the show.

Starting with the last episode and continuing with this one, the
show is starting to feel more like 24. Is that a good thing or a
bad thing? I'm not sure. I do like that so far this season the
plot is more geared toward a larger arc which makes it more of a
serial, which I am a huge fan of. But I also liked those "stand
alone" episodes from Season 1. There is a big addition this
season and that is the Serial Killer guy who is killing off
people that have the same ability as Jake, which adds more
tension to the show. This is where the 24 angle kicks in as
Martin is going to eventually have a showdown with this guy and
it's not gonna be pretty. Bring on Jack Bauer!

Well, Martin and Lucy just took a step closer in figuring out
who or more to the point, what the objective is by the 'man with
the neck scar'. Its gotta be incredibly scary and creepy for
Lucy to find a photo of him in the background at Amelia's
birthday party. Speaking of Amelia, I like the character. I
wonder if she is playing her captor's for her own endgame. I
would imagine that someone with her special skills could easily
walk out the front door given that she can "see things into the
future" based on patterns.

I wasn't expecting them to give up the identity of the Serial
Killer so soon. I figured it would be a cat and mouse chase as
Martin tracked down who he is and what his purpose is, which
could have run the entire season. Should have known that as soon
as Avram popped up that he would be the one to figured this all
out. Some pretty good twist at the end. Now Martin has to worry
about 2 people (Calvin and Killer) coming for Jake.
