I'm not entirely confident that the Studio even knows what they
are doing. Even with the amount of pre-production time they
have, it feels like it's going to be a rush job just to play
opposite of The Avengers. The fact that they decided to go with
Green Lantern SCREAMS that they are trying to make it appear
that they had this planed all along. Do NOT bring Ryan Reynolds
back for this. Honestly, do NOT even include the Green Lantern
in this at all. I was confident that one of the five would have
been Aquaman. So much for that.
The only reason why they chose Green Lantern is because they
want people to think that the studio was grooming this franchise
like Marvel did with all the stand along movies. With DC they
can say "look, we have our Batman movies, our Superman movie and
oh, that Green Lantern movie too". Here's the thing, none of the
DC movies were made as a whole. They were each made
independently of each other. The Marvel movies were all made
with one goal in mind and that was to lead into The Avengers
movie.

to do it this way and keep the momentum moving full steam ahead.

I was under the impression that Ben Affleck was going to be
directed JL. After the dreadful Man of Steel, I'm not convinced
Snyder has the Superhero chops, in spite of Watchmen, which
itself is overly dark as well.

I think Momoa would make a great Aquaman. I just hope the
producers of the film don't feel that they need to make him or

It's about time we get a f*cking trailer. The only problem is
that it left me feeling 50/50 on it. There are parts that I like
and other parts that I don't. I just can't accept anyone other
than Grant Gustin as Barry Allen/The Flash. Also, they spent too
much time on him and Bruce Wayne in the trailer. It came across
more like an extended scene with some additional content to
bookend said scene and calling it a 'trailer'. I do however
think that Jason Momoa could become the badass character of them
all in JL based on what I saw.

Feel the same. Not really feeling excited for the characters or
the potential, at least not yet. I haven't watched Flash yet,
but I'm sure I'd feel like you do, why bother recasting? The
version we see here, and the scene, makes it feel like a less
charming version of what we JUST got in Civil War with Iron Man
and Spidey.
