I always suspected that when Billy and Vai are on tour, when
Steve is out front ripping on his Jem, Billy is off to the side
playing the leads that Steve takes credit for. The Genie is out
of the bottle now. Now, you may be asking "hey dipsh*t, if Billy
is playing lead guitar, who is playing Bass at the same time"?
That's easy, Billy is playing Bass with his feet.
Multi-talented.
