I'm not one of those people that looooooves this movie. It's a
good movie for sure, but do I have it at the top of my list?
Nope. Anyway, I thought this was a pretty cool piece. I've
always wondered why Jennifer has such drastic plastic surgery to
change into a completely different person. I always thought she
was so gorgeous just the way she was. Having said that, she is
just as beautiful now. Kind of hard to say that about the same
       person, with two different faces.

Never seen it. Never felt the need to, to be quite honest. Am
       I wrong?

I think everyone should see it at least once.

I feel like it's going to be ruined by having heard of it and
seeing it parodied so much. I totally disliked the Godfather
because the first time I had seen it, it was just ruined by the
fact that every single scene in the movie had been redone,
parodied or referenced into infinity so it felt more like I was
watching a checklist being marked off rather than seeing a great
piece of cinema. I'll have to give it another shot, but I don't
       know when.
DD might fare better because I only know of two scenes that
everyone does (and while I normally don't enjoy it, they did it
quite well in "Detention," but by then it felt they had earned
the right to make that reference... and they used different
music and there was some emotional weight to it as well).

I haven't seen too many parodies of Dirty Dancing, so I think
there is enough spoilers kept in check for you as not to ruin
       it.

Well, they usually only do "Time Of Your Life" (I love Scott
Mosier's take on it on Smodcast), so the rest of the movie is
untouched. So I really have no idea what the plot of the movie
is, really. All I know is Newman is in the beginning on a
bullhorn and there's dancing. And the baby line that I have no
idea what the context of is. So it should be fresh.
