becomes a reality. But i figured now is as good a time to track

Okay, I said I didn't care about DH6, but curiosity got the
better part of me and I had to see where they are in
pre-production. Story wise, it sounds interesting, even if I
really don't like the idea of McClane basically globetrotting in
DH5 and DH6. But the interesting thing that caught my attention
was that Zeus is being written into the story. That would be Sam
Jackson's character from Die Hard With A Vengence, ya'll!

I read that! It does sound interesting, though the idea of
going to Japan makes it feel like it had BETTER be the last Die
Hard (seriously-- it SHOULD). And McClane being totally
jetlagged makes a likely issue for him (though now that you
brought it up, if he hates flying, why is he GOING all over the
world? Maybe he has to use tranquilizers, so there's a way to
get rid of some bad guys without killing everyone in sight.
And if you want to go family, maybe Lucy (it's so obvious I'm
still nursing a Death Proof-era crush on her) gets a job over
there so McClane has someone he needs to protect. And it
mirrors her mom's big career from the original.

If they can recycle the original plot for DH6 with Lucy in place
of her mother working for the very same Nakatomi Corporation, I
am 100% on board. All they will need to complete the trifecta is
having Al Powell (Reginald VelJohnson) working as a Security
Guard for said Corporation. ;D No idea how they would
incorporate it, but I would like to see Holly (Bonnie Bedelia)
make an appearance in some capacity to wrap up the series the
right way and that would mean them getting back together, even
if they are now divorced.

Not a complete surprise as we have already discussed the
possibility of Sam Jackson returning. For the sake of the movie
and the series, they better bring him back....or else!
