       Here's my playlist for today.
No real reason for the order or selections...I try and keep my
day somewhat varied if possible.....I did Chips Four Sticks /
100,000 year challenge and had Led Zeppelin IV out.
It had been FOREVER since I'd actually listened to my vinyl
(trying to do all my music playing lately from lps only.)
But If I was to guess I hadn't listened to the record itself in
       about 15-18 years./
so here's my playlist for March 1 2012.

       I know I had a productive day...I had a LOT of work....so the
music made me move through it....it's nice getting up every
15-20 minutes to flip it over.
Seriously....records just kick CD's asses. There's so much
character and I mean you grab one out...the thing HAS lived,
it's fragile, it's got some weight and size, and it's got a
presence CD's just lack. MP3's are even WORSE. I don't mind
that some music that's the only versions we'll know (CD or MP3)
but I think vinyl wins the medium contest for home listening.
       There's something magical about it.
watching this right now before I play guitar for the rest of the
       evening...my guitar **** I can't say P*RN here?

Wow, those albums are bring back some long lost memories for me.
Especially the Scorpions and Whitesnake. Ah hell, the Yes and LZ
       too. Gaaa-reat stuff.

       [glow=red,2,300]The Definitive Rod Stewart [/glow]
Primarily picked this up to snatch Stay With Me off of it. I use
to follow Stewart in the early days, but when he totally went
disco, he lost me. Still had some very good stuff later like the
This Old Heart of Mine and Downtown Train. Rod Stewart's work is
either I really love it or it does nothing for me. Don't hate
anything, just doesn't float my boat.
So it's a good listen, I just happen to go through some songs
       faster than others. ;D
