What is the purpose of this site?
The purpose of this site is to allow sports collectors break wax
and hobby boxes that they normally cannot afford with a chance
of getting some great cards. Everyone is guaranteed some cards
no matter what.
Eventually i would like to get some regulars going to have some
regular case breaks going every 2 weeks or so. Also the site
gives collectors the opportunity to discuss cards and the big
hits they've pulled!
How do I participate in box breaks?
I will post listings up by sport and you can reserve slots or
teams on a first come first serve basis.
I reserved a team, but someone else's name is beside it.
Unless I posted an old list, it is possible that a member
reserved the team first and I will go by the posting order.
Editing your post will cause in a forfeiture of your
reservation.
How do I pay for my teams/slots?
Providing me with your paypal email address, will allow me to
invoice you or you can send your money to my paypal address
a1suaveguy@aol.com. If you do this please only include your
penguin box breaks forum name!
What is a random team break?
A random team or division break involves randomizing a list of
teams and the list of buyers and then matching the lists
together giving everyone an opportunity to get one of the more
sought after teams or division without paying a premium price.
I do not have paypal, now what?
Unfortunately, Paypal is currently the most reliable and
reputable form of payment, so that is all i can currently accept
at this time.
I paid for my teams, now what?
Once all the slots/teams have been sold and paid for, I will
announce a break date and then the boxes/case will be broken
live on blogtv and the video will be recorded..
I do not see a product that I like, should I go somewhere else?
No, please leave some suggestions of boxes you'd like to see
broken and I will do my best to accommodate requests.
Is there Penguin Box Break merchandise?
Few are worthy of putting on such merchandise or representing
the name, but if the site is a roaring success I will start
planning
Can you break individual boxes for me?
Yes, upon request, I can break a requested box for you. You
would have to pay the retail price and shipping and I will break
the box live but also record it. I will obviously try to find
the cheapest price for you possible.
Why do I find it hard to leave this site and am slightly
attracted to your voice?
The site is awesome and I do have charming personality.
