Looking for others interested in indoor winter flying.

Hello Pekin RC!
I have become infatuated with electric indoor flying. I have a
couple Vapors, an Ember, an MCX, a couple MCX2's and an MSR. And
I just got interested two months ago. Has the club made any
contact with any local high schools to make use of their public
tax funded gymnasiums?

Not positive on the information but I can check up on it. I
believe there is a group that flys on Thursday nights downtown
Pekin but I can't remember which building. Will see if I can
find out.

Local indoor flying.
Pekin – Salvation Army - 243 Derby – every Thursday night
between 6:30 and 8:30 PM. Cost is from $5 to $8 per person
depending on number of people flying.
Peoria – Peoria RC Modelers - Midwest Sports complex, Old
Galena Road , Mossville. South of the Cat complex. Every Friday
-9 to 11 PM. Cost is $10 and AMA membership required. Time is
split between planes and hellis.
Cuba Illinois – Cuba High School – every other Sunday from 1 PM
to 5 PM. Next date is Feb 6. Cost is $8 per person. Very large
gym allows planes and hellis to fly at same time.
You can watch for free at all of these locations.

Hey cool! I had no idea this was happening. Need to update the
website. :D
As far as the Salvation Army location goes, how many usually
show up, and how much room is there to fly?
