Captain/Vice Captains

Fellas, as you're rolling through team ratings would you mind
dropping captain and vice captains in here for each team? (can
start with 2018 versions and update them as they change)
Name and PlayerId (from spreadsheet) ideal - i need to drop them
into the club XML.

Game doesnt support multiple currently and would be a bit of
work changing that. Something that can be added in the future,
but for now lets just stick to one of each.

From a game perspective - is there any benefit to who is
Captain/Vice-Captain?
Does a great leader generate better outcomes on-field than a
poor one for his team? Better skills development? Better
discipline (on and off-field)?
Does the Captain's own individual performance change (improve or
decline due to pressure of the role?)

Yep, leadership definitely has an influence in matches
currently, and i think also training (have to look up and
confirm that one)
Vice capt effects are 1/2 that of the captain.

Port Adelaide is Travis Boak and Vice is Ollie Wines. This may
change for 2019 with either Ollie Wines or Tom Jonas becoming
captain. I’d prefer the latter but I’d think Wines will be
captain.
