Bringing back old characters

I've decided that having to have both parents back from the game
if too difficult, especially considering most of the role
players are no longer with us. From now on, bringing back a
character has only a few restrictions:
*Check with ALL the role players of your character's family
before entering a thread, saying that they are dead. Figure out
which relatives are living & active, and which ones are
deceased.
*They MUST start out as a loner or rogue and manually join a
clan. That means make a thread, be brought IC to meet the
leader, and (no matter what age) become an apprentice until you
are skilled enough to become a warrior.

Does this also apply for having a character from the previous
"game" re-born into this game?

I would say yes, check with the character's entire family's role
players(poor spawn of Twilight). If you've already brought a
character back, don't worry about it. :)
