Choosing the new Medic [Herb Training]

Robinswipe was a medicine cat of Riverclan, but due to a promise
with Flightless-star the leader of Thunderclan, he agreed to
train their medicine cat. The first thing to do was to actually
pick that apprentice, though he would only be here long enough
to see the cats who wish to choose this life.
In front of the old medicine cat was a line up of herbs, some of
them was taken on his way here, since by the looks of it, it has
been quite a while since they had a medicine cat.

graceful way. She walked so quickly that her milky white paws
barely touched the ground for a millisecond. Downpour was the
youngest of the warriors now. The daughter of Renesmee, the late
Thunderclan leader approached the Riverclan medicine cat, her
paw steps silent. "Hello, Robinswipe. Are you here to choose a
new medicine cat?" mewed Downpour brightly, blinking her
beautiful blue eyes.[/font]

Robinswipe looked at Downpour, she seemed like a nice and sweet
she-cat, but since he hadn't been here all that long, the
Riverclan medicine cat didn't know everyone's names. "I'm going
to hold a small trial to see which cat hold to biggest promise
to become a medicine cat, but I wont be choosing today" replied
the pure white tom, then added "Sorry, but I don't know
everyone's names" even though he didn't outright ask for her
name, it was simple enough for the she-cat to respond.

Downpour! You didn't even introduce yourself! What would mother
say about that? she thought angrily. "Oh, sorry, I forgot you
were a Riverclanner for a moment. I'm Downpour. Pleased to meet
you," the dove gray feline mewed politely.[/font]

"Downpour is a nice name" meowed Robinswipe, though mostly to
himself. "It's probably a bit hard to remember since not too
long ago half of Riverclan was in this camp, the scents are
still slightly messed up"

"Riverclan is recovering quickly, luckily for me there weren't
too many wounds to treat" replied Robinswipe then added "But I
don't think we have seen the last of Wolf and Talon, they both
would come back sooner or later"

Hazypaw emerged from the brush quickly to see downpour talking
to robinswipe. Oh, how she wanted to be a medicine cat,
especially with her power, she could heal many people. She
approached them softly and gracefully then, confidently, she
said " hello robinswipe, downpour. Are you going to pick the
apprentice? I think I am the only one who wants to do it."

Robinswipe looked down at Hazypaw, instantly recognising her to
being the eager apprentice. "I'm not going to pick one today"
stated the riverclan medicine cat but soon added "Well that
enough waiting, lets get started". Robinswipe looked down at the
herbs in front of him soon pushing a purple flower forward,
there was a faint sweet scent coming off of it, Lavender. "Can
any of you guess what herb this is?" This one wasn't a common
herb and would only know it if it was actually used on them, but
it was only used to help with a fever.

Hazy picked up the sweet scent of the purple flower and
remembered the day at the stream with Rainbow veins when she saw
the familiar flower. " lavender.", she said confidently.
