Thunderclan clamp

Petalsong padded out of her warriors nest and stretched her legs
out and shook out her long white and brown fur and let the sun
warm her pelt. She padded over to a clear spot in the sun and
started grooming herself. She had a strange thought she was
grooming herself 'I can't wait for my kits to grow up and be
raised in thunderclan! There is plenty of food and shelter' she
let out a satisfied pur as the thought hit her while she
finished up grooming her pelt

Ashpaw noticed a new face, the lilac point padded over to her
"So" he meowed "Whats happening?" he asked after a slight pause
in which he held his breath like a bit of a weirdo.

Petalsong looked up at ashpaw and smiled and said "nothing much
just grooming before i go on a patrol or for a hunt depends on
what the deputy wants me to do today" she finished her grooming
and laid there patiently.

(At the moment both the leader and deputy are inactive - new
ones will be picked on the 22.)
Ashpaw smiled "why groom before you go out, your just going to
get messy again" he meowed "Ill join you if thats okay"

She nodded to ashpaw and said "sure, and i groom myself because
i dont want any clumps to stick out if i go hunting and i alert
the prey. how is your apprenticeship coming along?" she asked
curious.

He shrugged "As good as it could be i guess" he meowed sounding
rather bored. "Ill meet ya out there" he meowed before heading
out of camp to wait for her.

Petalsong smiled and folloed the apprentice out of the camp
entrance and padded up the ravine to sit atop the cliff above
and asked ashpaw "so where is the best place to hunt today?"

Ashpaw paused "I noticed snakerocks was full of mice; though
that could draw out the adders.'' he meowed ''And then there was
near the riverclan border'' he finished.

Petalsong nodded her head thoughtfully and said "lets try by the
riverclan boarder today and while we are at it renew the scent
markers as well while we are there."
