So.

So I have no idea where this topic actually belongs.
But according to my RP buddies I'm really good at writing
torture scenes.
Like, really good. Like I will link you to some of my stuff if
you want. And I honestly enjoy writing it.
Does this make me a bad person, a good writer, or both?
(And should I be worried about it?)

Well, everyone has a preference for things and what you enjoy is
normally what you're best at, so..
Should it make you a bad person if you enjoy doing something
that is looked upon as morally wrong?
But really, that's a really general thing for a general topic
and I'm talking society and mankind as a huge hypocritical hole.
Anyway, writing is writing. Fiction is fiction. Did you torture
these people? I'm guessing not, friend.
o v o haha, congrats man. You're now a moral step above about
half of the human population.
You're also a good writer.
(And yes I would like to read your things yes yes)

It doesn't make you a "bad" author, in the sense that you do not
have poor writing, but maybe considerably malevolent. Writing
about characters dying is surely a way to keep them remembered
though.*

Oh, don't worry. Apparently I've got a talent for writing
amazing death scenes too. Just ask Mono ;)
(Seriously; my first amazing death scene I ever scripted was to
The Humbling River by Puscifer *Maynaaaaaaaaaaard*, and after
that, it was like I was given a mighty need to have at least one
dramatic death scene in every single story I write. )

I've never been good at writing death.
Just ask Mono.
I can only hope my writing has improved since we were in cw
together.
