Best Buy and why i'm never going there again

i have my laptop back now, but everything was lost off of it.
they wiped my hard drive and gave me a new one. the problem was
the screen, not the hard drive. i have lost all of my photos and
videos, including all of the photos from New Orleans that i
never uploaded to Facebook. i have lost all of my poems, i have
lost all of my notes for french, i have lost the half done
assignments that i was going to complete and turn in, i have
lost the itinerary for The Road Trip. i have lost everything. i
had to re-install Chrome, i have to re-install my word processor
and my virus protection software. the only thing that is left to
indicate that this was ever my computer in the first place is
that somehow my background is there, the only thing left of my
computer, taunting me.

I.T. is a bloody business.
Yeah, I'm disappointed it didn't work out for you. All I can
really say is try to back up data as best you can and be ultra
wary of people like Geek Squad.
