       How to give feedback

       [b]Try and look at it the same way the artist is.
       Sometimes artists are trying out a new style, keep that in mind
       and try and give feedback based on that.
       Don't nit-pick the insignificant stuff.
       So he missed a single pixel with his paint, don't focus on
       errors like this, but instead on broader things that you believe
       need work.
       If the artist asks for very exact criqique it's ok to nit-pick
       it, otherwise it's not the best thing to do and it doesn't help
       them all that much.
       Try to start and end with positive feedback.
       It's a good way to show that their work is actually good, just
       focusing on the bad is discouraging and not something nice to
       do.
       After that, be as honest as possible—without being heartless—and
       then close with another encouraging, positive statement or a
       positive suggestion.
       Don't be vague.
       There’s nothing worse than a vague reply. They usually sound a
       little bit like this:
       “ Not bad, better then I can do .”
       The truth is, if you don’t have anything to say about the piece
       it’s probably better to not post as it will most likely be
       deleted and lead to you being infracted. In the end, if you
       don't know a lot about graphics your input might not be that
       needed.
