[b]1. Scamming
[b]Any sort of scamming or participating in the act of scamming
is against the rules. Do not trust anybody in a “Trust Trade” or
“Trust Duel” as YOU are giving consent when doing these
activities which can end up with you being scammed.. (Changing
item to item is scamming. E.G. Putting up a noted obsidian cape,
then changing it for another cape).
2. Bug Abuse
Abusing any sort of bug is completely and profoundly against the
rules. Found a bug? Report it HERE. Don't tell friends, family,
or enemies of the bug, then you become an even worse of a person
by sharing a bug which can result in a severe punishment.
Bug abusing can simply be said to be, ANYTHING done for a
personal game that isn't within the game mechanics.Even if you
decide to partake in abusing a bug by yourself or with others,
you are risking your account and will most likely be banned.
There is absolutely no valid reason to abuse the system.
No matter how small the bug, a way to get items without losing
ep, that is still a personal gain which would most likely get
you banned.
Anything not within the standart/set game mechanics will be
considered abuse and action will be taken against rule breakers.
EP Boosting such as sitting with your friend in high defence
bonus armor, afking, and no weapon is abusing the Player Killing
system.
3. Offensive language
We all know how hard it is to keep our mouth shut especially
when others provoke us, that is why we'd like everyone to keep
the offensive language in-game to a minimum because we would
like to hope that we would have the best community out there,
who wouldn't? If someone provokes you in the wilderness just try
and ignore them, by doing that you are doing everyone a favor!
Excessive flame/offensive language in-game could result in a
yellmute, general mute, IPmute, or even a ban. Be careful!
4. Flaming over Yell
This basically adds on to what we said about offensive
language/flame in-game, also be aware of minimizing the amount
of flame over yell because it can be really annoying for most
players who are just trying to have a good time, failure to
abide by this will most definitely result in a yellmute which
can extend from 1 hour to permanent depending on how severe the
situation is.
5. Asking for a Staff Position
Asking for a staff position once you're in-game basically
disqualifies you from ever getting a moderator position because
we like to pick our candidates that have experience, have
integrity, are honest, open-minded, intelligent, and abide by
the rules. The punishments that you can receive from failure to
acknowledge this rule can result in a mute.
6. Advertising Servers
Here at ParadisePvpzz, we have a 0 tolerance for spammers. If an
administrator sees a player spamming, he is going to have a bad
time. Experienced players will know what we're talking about and
maybe some of them have experienced what we're talking about.
Also, spammers receive an IPmute and IPban, therefore no longer
will they be able to play on this amazing server.
7. Discrimination
We do not tolerate discrimination/slurs spoken to other players'
that make them feel ashamed of their religion, ethnicity, or
race. We want to have a friendly community so therefore please
refrain from calling other people harsh names.
8. Stall Rushing
Stall Rushing/Pking is against the rules. We have a zero
tolerance for stall rushing/pking and there isn't any sort of
warning for participating in this action/activity. You will be
banned if you fail to abide by this rule.
9. Advertising Nudes/Pornographic Material
Strictly not allowed, we may not come off as G-rated, what with
people always swearing, but we definitely do not tolerate
pornography.
10. Impersonating Staff Members
Impersonating any staff members, will be dealt with by an
automatic Ipban. This is definately not tolerated within our
community.
11. No DDoSing or Threatening to do so.
No threatening in any way at all to DDoS others. This will lead
to an instant ban.
