       Building issue

       Not sure why or what, but even an architect couldnt build in
       paradice today, some builders arnt being able to build either
       even after getting trusted rank in capeland. Not sure whats
       causing this but i figured i'd address it on the forums. We
       meaning me and few other moderators and i think even nick tried
       to fix it, we tried seeing if it was protected or protecting
       land with the players name, and tried to build multiply places
       but still nothing.

       Well, I havent changed any files or anything since this issue
       has come up so Its an in game issue.  Or the server may need
       reset.  Either way it doesnt make sense.
