       Just some ideas.

       Well after planning my village on paper for the new survival
       map, I couldn't sleep, and so I lay there wallowing in thought
       about the server, and all of these ideas kept popping into my
       head.
       IMPORTANT:
       Not all of these suggestions will be to everyone's tastes. They
       are merely suggestions, not official changes. I also do not
       support all of these changes, I just wanted to see what appealed
       to the community and staff.
       Suggestions with a ? either end of them mean I am unsure about
       them. I.e. I do not actually know how to put coloured font on
       signs, and what ranks are allowed to do it, but I thought it
       would be a cool little thing for VIPs to do.
       VIP Rank
       - MD Commands for: Pig, Cow, Sheep and Chicken.
       - ? Able to make signs with coloured font. ?
       Mod Rank
       - ? MD Commands for: Pig, Cow, Sheep and Chicken. ?
       - Ability to promote Guests to Builders.*
       * I am not sure if this will be of any use due to the new
       survival world.
       Donator Mod Rank
       - MD Commands for: Pig, Cow, Sheep, Chicken and SQUID*
       *I thought it would be a cool idea. Could also be given to
       people who donate $15 or more (Or a similar amount).
       Plug-ins
       - Hawkeye.*
       - Carry-able light sources.**
       - Lightvote***
       - Vanish
       * I thought this would be good if it was available to moderators
       so griefing is easier to deal with.
       ** I'm not sure if this mod exists any more, but it was a
       brilliant mod on another server I played on. It gives players an
       edge in survival, so instead of wasting torches by placing them
       in their path, they can just carry light around with them.
       *** Once again, I am not sure if this mod exists any more, but
       it would be easier on staff if it's put on the creative worlds
       as they would not have to go and change the time of day every
       few minutes for players.
       I am very unsure about the Plug-ins section, and please tell me
       if there is a problem with any suggestions and I'll remove
       them/edit them.
       Kits
       - Builder: Able to spawn all Double Half-Steps instead of just a
       normal half-step, speeding up building times considerably.
       - Moderator: Water and Lava blocks, but all placement should be
       logged in case of rogue moderators.
       Now, this list is a WIP, and all criticism and other suggestions
       are welcome and will be taken into account, so please, say what
       you think.

       Great ideas, well thought out.
       I assume the /kits idea was scrapped though being sort of
       unnecessary now, but the updates to ranks and perms is nice. :)
       Also, to make a colored sign, put the & symbol with a color
       number next to it:

       The carry-able light mod was one I was going to suggest. My idea
       follows.
       Wizard Staff
       Two sticks and then a torch, up the middle, with torch at top.
       Mainly thought of it when thinking over my Moria plans.
