       Permissions

       A few of the permissions seem to have broken unless you just
       changed them. What i've noticed are:
       -/back does not work, maybe intentional
       -mods/admins cannot build in protected areas

       ya the mod and admins not being able to build in protected areas
       was annoying me yesterday because i was protecting all the new
       creative area builds and i was building pillars to get the high
       point above the build, then i made the region and i kept
       forgetting to destroy the pillar first, so i had to WE them out.
       :S
