FACTION RULES: Read This.

Yea, well I'm getting annoyed with all of the newby factions
that spring up every day and then die within an hour or so...
it's rather pointless and detracting from the overall factions
experience for the fact that the major factions are unable to
get more of a playerbase because of the newby factions sucking
them all up. So I made a list of potential rules for the
factions:
1. In order to create a faction, you must first have made a
forum post, and each member of said faction must have posted
their commitment to said faction on that post. Furthermore, you
must have at least 5 total members before you can create the
faction.
2. You may only join or leave a faction once every 3 in real
life days. This will cut down on all of the newbs getting into
a faction, begging for supplies, and then leaving for a newby
faction. (obvious exception being a faction mod/owner kicking
someone out)
3. The winner of a war decides the conditions for the losing
side.
4. The loser of a war must accept conditions or disband, unless
forced to disband anyway.
5. Griefing is allowed on faction property during war, but
nowhere else, and at no other time. (obviously only affecting
the factions at war with eachother)
6. Looting of locked chests during war is not permitted, as it
is rather unfair and will completely ruin whoever it is owning
the chests. However, you can have the chests claimed so that
they may not use them for so long as a time as you please.
7. Whining about losing items or factions during a war will
result in you being... I don't know.. hated by everyone and/or
muted.
8. If you are not prepared for war, then it is your own fault
when you lose.
9. There is no such thing as a "peaceful" faction. Or, to put
it better, there is, but that does not exempt them from warring
with a "war-like" faction.
10. Losers of a war can be forced to join the winning faction's
faction. If multiple allies fought to win the war, figure it
out.
