       The New Town of Storm Ridge is available for building! And
       building here is even encouraged:D If you wanna check out the
       landscape head over the the Warp Room in Centralia and take the
       portal (1st floor!)

       It's a nice little town, but a little disorganized.
       On the other hand, it has an awesome steak-house.
