The Rules of War!

Due to the recent "war", i decided to post some guidelines to
better help in future altercations.
During war, the following is allowed:
PvP
Looting
Claiming enemy land
Greifing
PvP-You may kill, and be killed by anyone during a war. This is
an easily understood one, so moving on.
Looting- The spoils you gain are yours. The spoils you lose are
not yours.
Claiming enemy land- As m0nst3r1313 did, you may claim enemy
land in an attempt to end the war. Or to just give yourself an
advantage.
Greifing- This is when you destroy property within the faction
home, and only the faction home. Any property damage done
outside the faction homes during war will be seen as a
punishable offense.
Now for those of you who say some of this is not right, or
shouldn't be allowed, think for a moment. It doesn't have to
come to war. If you go to war because your faction taslked trash
on another, and both factions agree to war, then the results are
your own fault.
When to go to war:
War can only be waged if both parties agree to it.
Furthermore, war can only be waged over serious matters, such as
harassment, border disputes, and other such matters.
War is not to be waged lightly. People get a bit more freedom
when it comes to war, but we will be watching.
I may add/change this guide later. At any time, Nxck or Nak may
advise or demand me to change it.

It's fairly easy to force a war if you want it khai? have you
never heard of the US?

ok im just going to say something on the subject, most of these
rules are fine, stop whineing wanting your loot and stuff back
when u die lol. however, dont grief peoples stuff to shit untill
you own all the land around the place and have completely kicked
the nubs out of the area

That sounds.. lame...
I've never seen a war where they killed everyone and THEN
started destroying everything.
