Signs for region commands.

alot of the time players who get thier land protected sometimes
get help along the way from other players. This often means a
call to the mods who then put this new person on the list who
can build in this area. I personaly feel region owner should
have the rights to these commands and a few signs just showing
them how to add and remove player rights in the region. This
would reduce the work load on the mods and any other staff
members which has become increasingly high as of late. The signs
would be at the spawn of course perhaps in the room where the
nether portal is since it's fairly empty currently. Just a
suggestion to help the mods out. After all they like tobuild to

Great idea bud, great idea.
Yet, people would abuse it and all add everyone to the list.
So, if it was possible to only allow the owner of the region to
allow others, then yes, I'd definitely find the addition.

Could the ability to do "/region addmember {ID} {Player Name}"
be given on a player by player basis?
