Architects-water

Remove water for architects asap... i removed 174,000 water
blocks just now, how often do people really need to place water,
where they cant just have staff do it? I don't think 10 hours is
trusting enough for water, because the worst part is you cant
tell who placed it...i've been finding a lot of water grief the
past few days, i thought it was nothing but its occurring very
often.

really i didnt know that T.T, luckily the same guy that placed
all the water griefed a bunch of the pixel art but that will
work for the future when they only place water. :O

Yeah, it's still an easily avoidable problem.
I just need to figure out the perm to disallow them from having
access to it directly.
