I've been looking at the touring plans on Undercover Tourist.
Just to get an idea of our first day in the park (Tuesday).
What would you guys think about spending the first morning and
maybe the entire day completely doing WWoHP stuff?
When I looked at the touring plans and started to list out what
rides we'd do when, I felt like it might be stressful. USO can
be seen in 2 days. We have 3.5/4 days so will certainly get to
see everything we wish. So we could spend the first day
starting with US doing Forbidden Journey once to get in the
ride, but I would love to walk at an easy pace through the ride
queue to see everything, too. Instead of running out of WWoHP
to ride the other popular rides, we can just enjoy being at
Hogsmeade, then take the Express over to IOA to visit Gringott's
and Diagon Alley. Then we can hit whatever else we want if
we've had our fill of HP. AND we have 3 other mornings to hit
       slow-loading rides early.
       Whaddaya think?!

We'll be fine with most any plan. That sounds like a good idea.

This is a good overview of the lockers and where they are
located. It might be worth it at least on a day or two to rent
one for the day. $8-10 with all-day use. We have a very small
soft cooler we could put your drinks in if we use a locker just
       outside the turnstiles.
We might pick one day in each park that we ride wet rides and we
can take the waterproof bag on those days.

       Does my butterbeer mug count?
Good question, and the answer is yes, it does. If you purchase a
souvenir butterbeer mug, it can be used for discounted soda
refills at all the same locations that the classic red souvenir
soda cups can be used. A good rule of thumb is, if you paid more
than $8.99 for your non-alcoholic beverage cup, you will be able
to use it for discounted refills. Here’s a shot of the souvenir
       butterbeer mug:

GREAT information to have. Those special interactive wands look
       like they're awesome!
       This keeps getting more exciting!
