       Barracks underneath with their own private Mercenary Army
       Mess Hall underneath for the Mercenary Army
       Runway used for small planes or Vertical take-off jets
       10 huge Diesel Generators to power the whole Rig
       Hanger - stores 20 planes
       Dock Moorings at water level for small ships and luxury yachts
       History: In 2010 a group of the extremely rich and powerful
       started to convert a group of Oil Rigs into an off shore Base
       with the Water Levels rising they needed to stay alive, by 2012
       it was complete however not just anyone could gain access the
       entry fee was one million Dollars up to ensure only the rich and
       powerful could gain access.
       In 2013 they began to hire hundreds on Mercenary teams to guard
       their Rig and to go out and fight their battles, soon it became
       a battle between Displace International and Elite Class over who
       was going to recruit certain people
       D.I went for Quality and looked for people with natural talent
       and potential, while Elite Class recruited anyone that could
       shoot a gun and was looking for work, at current count Elite
       Class' Army is around 6,000 and they are not afraid to flex
       their muscles.
       The Oil Rig the Complex is built on is still operational and
       still making lots of oil, they are giving thousands of gallons
       to Mercury and giving them funding to increase their power base
       and to gain access to the massive amounts of slave labour that
       Rodger Wilcox commands.
