       The Nation of New Yorkshire is a theocracy, ruled over by the
       High Preist of the National Presbyterian Puritanic Holy Church
       of God.  This man is chosen by the National College, made up of
       the County Cheifs of every county of the country, who are all
       Preists.  The Country is an economic country, influenced by
       Mennonite Beleifs.  The country has a medium sized military, and
       every 18 year old is expected to serve in the county militia for
       2 years.  The National Army is small, and garrisons major forts,
       while the County Militias man small barricades throughout the
       country.  However, the country is very rarely at war with its
       neighbors.
