This is for Redcoat893
One of your guard dogs decided to piss on an old lamp post,
there was a crackle and the dog died, but upon closer inspection
you discover that this lamp post is still live it's just the
bulb that's dead. Not only that but the building behind the lamp
post is also still live, still receiving power from one of the
dams.
What will you do?

The Engineers decide to see if they can harness the energy from
the working pylon and divert it to the medical clinic and other
essential buildings.
[/quote]
Bad roll I'm afraid
With the wires being over 200 years old, the wire frayed and
arcs off the pylon killing 5 people and badly burning 7 others.
On the plus side the medical clinic now has power.

Heh, seems my luck is as "Luckally" as always...
Ugh...Against my better judgment but,..
Set Explosives to demolish the tunnel entrance as "Insurance"
And...as much as i'd rather not kill off my population so
easily, we send 2 fireteams with Hand Torches to explore the
tunnel...Radio contact is to be kept at all times one fireteam
includes a Flamer, for obvious reasons

You lucky bastard
The growling was coming from mutated rats, about the size of a
cat and able to see perfectly in the dark they are afraid of the
light so they run from your teams.
The tunnel leads to what looks like a military bunker the steel
door is closed tight and knocking on it sounds like it's over a
foot thick and solid steel there is a console next to the door
and a code has been entered
What will you do?

Well, if possible, burn the Giant Rats to secure the area. Then
call down some escorted workers to quickly place a sand bag wall
and bring flares, then depart to safety. The fire teams takes
positions, with two men by the console to press enter? (if
that's how this door opens?)
I want to say where you find rats, you find even bigger
rats...kinda wish I had a bazooka about now..

Ah hell, why not
With extreme caution, the Armored half-track is let in. The
chief and his council are equipped with body armor, and an RPG
team was been set up on the roof of a nearby building, out of
sight. Everyone is on alert.

The representative gets out dressed in a clean suit. He proceeds
to start talking in a calm voice "there is an old military
bunker nearby, we have scouted it nut it has become a Raider
stronghold. I am here today to ask for help taking it, agree and
I will show you the location on the map. Anything we find in
there is yours we just need scrap metal and cables to repair the
dam and water purifier, which also benefits you too I might
add."
Once finished the representative just stands waiting for a reply

A green light lights up on the console and a loud Klaxon sounds
and echoes down the tunnel a split appears in the middle of the
door showing it's actually two doors, the doors pull apart
slowly, as the doors open the fire teams Geiger counters go nut
and red line, the lights come on inside the bunker and there's
dozens of nuclear warheads stacked, several of them leaking
after 200 years of neglect.
Sorry Soldat it was Snake eyes

The chief seems pleased with this offer, and is willing to take
a look at the map and form a plan of attack.

Roughly half of the teams exposed to high levels of radiation
have succumb to Critical Radiation poisoning.
