Rules

The rules are quite simple
1. This is a wasteland game so survival is key there will be
some real life aspects in the game.
2. There will be some random events mostly written by me or I
may ask someone else to think up a few. Be prepared.
3. Don't be a a dick, this is a forum for adults so if we have a
disagreement with each other lets talk it out like adults no
flame wars.
Those are the rules for now, there may be more if the situation
requires them

1. Game Card and Stats
Population: 1 point equals 100 men, women, and children. This
score takes into account all able bodied citizens.
Gas: 1 point equals about 500 gallons of precious
gasoline/diesel.
Weapons: Each point defines how well your faction is armed, one
being a handful of ammunition and battered civilian weapons
while a ten is mint condition weaponry and ammo for everyone and
then some.
Food: Each point of food can sustain one point of population. If
there is no work bringing food in such as agriculture or
raiding/scavenging then food points will decrease.
Material: A broad category of parts, machinery, and the
necessary tools. More materials means improved defenses, better
tech, and the ability to make and keep running vehicles.
2. Game Time
One week of real life time is one month of game time.
3. Missions
Each week a Game Master may hit a faction with a Mission.
Perhaps your turbines broke down and a vital piece is needed but
not available, its up to you on how to fix this. Maybe a
scavenging party has not been seen in a few days, tell us what
happened.

Starting points for faction creation are 24 points.
