       Age: ?? (suspected to be early 20s)
       Equipment: thermite flamethrower, Gas mask, flare gun, AKS-74u
       with 180 rounds of ammunition,  Assault webbing, Flame retardant
       cloak,  food supplies, water
       Skills: Due to quiet nature he can be rather hard to detect, is
       an expert shot with both flare gun and rifle, and has the
       capacity to be fiercely loyal if his trust is gained
       Background: All that is truly known about him is that he came
       from one of the northern vault networks, and that he hardly
       speaks. What most know of him is that he has the capacity to
       incinerate anyone without beating an eye, which leads to many
       believing he has a rather apathetic nature. His flamethrower is
       a unique prototype that has a nearly limitless fuel reserve but
       overheats rather quickly if use in a sustained manner.
