       Rules

       Pretty Standard set of rules but I may add more as time goes on
       and if required.
       1. Maximum of 2 characters but only if you are comfortable
       handling 2, if you can't don't come crying because I won't care
       2. If someone is annoying you in game message them and let them
       know if you do not get a reply or if they persist let me know
       and I will handle it
       3. please try to remember that this may be someones first time
       doing a first person RP if they are struggling help them
       4. no Over powered Super Powers if your character was born
       outside of the Vault.
       5 This is a game try to have fun
       May add more if needed
