occupied by another player "For the glory of the Empire" as they
say ;)

Land claim for some Norse Elves I have yet to name, along with
the rest of everybody's claim cause I am too lazy to cut myself
out and somehow not lazy enough to not add people's claims

I will start colour coding all the empty places on the map to
show their strength (if you're going to have campaigns may as
well make it interesting) it will be on a separate copy of the
map though
