       The Kalapushin Dominion

       Name of Species: Kapa-Ka' pur
       Preferred Map Colour:
       Empire Background: The kapa-ka have always been a civilization
       with a lust for Power and technology; In the days of old they
       even exterminated any other race upon their home planet that was
       considered a threat. During the space Age, they found and made
       contact with multiple civilizations, giving gifts to those
       deemed technologically advanced, only to stab them in the back
       and conquer their worlds. The Kapa-ka' pur slowly integrated
       themselves with their beloved technology, until they were
       consumed by it; Once they became fully cybernetic, repopulation
       through sexual reproduction was unnecessary, as Factories Could
       turn out new cyborgs. Kapa-ka' pur that refused to become
       cybernetic enhancements were outcast, or added to the collection
       of Slaves under their control (note these slaves usually are
       from lesser civilizations and forced to live a life of hard
       labor) Every decade or so a new model of Cyborg is produced,
       with support equipment made to specialize in it's intended role
       (like for instance a mine bot).
       The Kapa-ka' are Cybernetic, meaning there is no "civilization"
       they are The Army, the workers, etc.
       Now, the Kalapushin Dominion strives to seek out resources and
       technology, no matter the cost.
       
       Pros/Cons: Fond of Technology. Cybernetic.

       Dark Frotier, Event Week One:
       A small fleet of about ten unidentified civilian vessels had
       landed in orbit of the home planet of the Kalapushin Dominion
       and may have nuclear or scalar weapons aboard one of the ships.
       How will the Kalapushin Dominion respond to this threat, and how
       will they execute the plan?

       Three wings of starfighters FTL into the orbit near the vessels,
       and launch EMP Missiles and FTL away. once the ships loose
       power, 3 wings of bombers launch plasma Anti-ship Rockets into
       the vessels, meant to cripple the ships FTL drives. And finally,
       another 3 wings of bombers come in, and destroy the ships;
       Afterwards, multiple salvage ships approach the wreckage, and
       begin their tedious job of recovering scrap. Even in the event
       that these ships had a nuclear device, the same protocols are to
       be followed.
