       Empire Background: Descending into the galaxy from deep space,
       this unknown species has begun consuming entire solar systems
       for their resources. The bugs, as they are being called, seem to
       have one thing in mind, consume. Reaching out in three tentacles
       they are searching for more worlds to eat and kill anything in
       their way. They appear to use a combination of biological
       technology and evolve quickly to their situation. Certain bugs
       have been found to adapt to frigid ice worlds while others
       develop hardened exoskeletons to survive the immense pressures
       of gravity.
