Geography
Location: Central Capricorn, South Western Hemisphere
Area: ~ 8,515,767 km2
Bordering nations:
Terrain: Patagonian topography is diverse and includes hills,
mountains, rain forest, plains, highlands, scrublands and
oceanic archipelagos. Much of the terrain lies between 200
metres (660 ft) and 800 metres (2,600 ft) in elevation. The main
upland area occupies most of the southern half of the country.
The central parts of the plateau consist of broad, rolling
terrain broken by low, rounded hills.
The southeastern section is more rugged, with a complex mass of
ridges and mountain ranges reaching elevations of up to 1,200
metres (3,900 ft). These ranges include the Mantiqueria and
Espinhaco mountains and the Serra do Mar. The southwestern
section known as Mojinete is a lowland enclosed by the Parna and
Salado rivers. In the north, the highlands form a major drainage
divide, separating rivers that flow south into the Amazonian Sea
from rivers that empty into the Orinoco river system to the
north. The highest point in Patagonia is the Cerro Aconagua
(6,959 m (22,831 ft)), and the lowest is the Atlantic Ocean.
Climate: The climate of Patagonia comprises a wide range of
weather conditions across a large area and varied topography,
but most of the country is temperate. According to the Koppen
system, Patagonia hosts six major climatic subtypes: equatorial,
tropical, semiarid, highland tropical, temperate, subtropical
and subpolar

Highest Point: The highest point in Patagonia is the Cerro
Aconagua (6,959 m (22,831 ft)).
Primary natural resources: agriculture, livestock, forestry,
fisheries, oil, natural gas, rubber, iron, copper, nitrates
Natural hazards: Volcanoes, earthquakes, landslides, tsunami,
floods, hurricanes, blizzards, Severe thunderstorms, avalanches,
drought, forest fires, insect swarms
Environmental issues: Invasive Species, deforestation,
agricultural runoff, erosion, air and water pollution
Current environmental agreements: Antarctic-Environmental
Protocol, Antarctic Treaty, Biodiversity, Climate Change,
Endangered Species, Environmental Modification, Hazardous

Forηas Aιreas
The Forηas Aιreas is divided into a Strategic Air Command,
Tactical Air Command, and Military Airlift Command. The nations
space program and cybernet security programs are also run by the
Forηas Aιreas. The other services operate aircraft as well. The
Army operates more helicopters than the Air Force has planes.
The Navy and Marine Corps also operate air craft in defense of
the country. The civilian air fleet can be used in national
emergencies to augment the military airlift command. There are
two civilian air services and one package delivery service.
