The Lord Admiral, an aging bald man with the orange piping of
the elite warrior monks, is finishing the final papers dealing
with the alliance, specifically establishing what Naval
Organizations rotate into the Boyuk Mavi Ocean. Carrier Strike
       Force-4 (22 Warships), Combat Battle Group-4 (23 warships),
Amphibious Readiness Group-2 (48 warships) as well as routine
patrols by smaller task forces. These organizations will be made
available to enforce the Alliance's will. Afterwards he invites
his equals to a smoke and meditation.

The young Admiral Anton Goberovky's 54th Wolf Pack (consist of
25 submarines) is given to the Committee for use. Along with
them, the Union gives the 87th Naval Infantry Division and 48th
Naval Infantry for use. He would gladly join up with his older
       colleges later.

and the 3rd Amphibious Readiness Group (50 ships) to the Boyuk
