       Message to Surabaya
       In the wake of the invasion on your territory:
       A. fight your own war, we try to pass a Resolution which
       provides military support directly from each nation of the Power
       30 and the Seventy only if they wish to do so and we protect
       your civilians by allowing refugees to live within our nations
       temporarily.
       B. have the Power 30 and the Seventy try and pass a Resolution
       to create a Joint Army which could help to fight on the ground
       while the Joint Navy of the 30 provides support, however this
       solution we warn will most likely create a world war which is
       what it would seem that the forces of your opposition want.
