Gently removing his glasses, the Dias, a boney man of 6'4" black
suit with thin red tie and gold tie bar and wide collar, long
thin nose and highly alert eyes and a 1950's hair style slicked
to his right side; then raised his hand to the gabble which he
then hammers to inform the delegation:
"we are now informal progression. Will the commander of the Join
Navy of the 30 please enter the discussion and bring his plans
to the table for such an operation."
The Admiral from Criteria, a highly prestigious fellow with
distinguishing decorations on his left breast and badges and
meritorious crests on his right; walks in and immediately shakes
hands with the Dias, and all Delegates who remain standing at
the rooms' front. "There are a number of ways that we can
accomplish our goals without becoming aggressive or being seen
as committing an act of war abroad." He pulls a notebook forward
with the finished Joint Navy of the 30 assets list and structure
breakdown. (OOC: the finished ORBAT has been posted in the OP
post) "We have established bases across the world with member
nations which can project our tangibles virtually anywhere where
there is an ocean, canal, or river on the planet." He speaks
with a clear and speech-like tone taking breaks between words to
stress their importance and appeal to his audience. We have four
full sized Strike Groups ranging from ranging from 22 Vessels at
largest to 16 Vessels at smallest as well as a number of
supportive Elements which can include Destroys with Guided
Missiles to purely underwater operative Attack Submarines."
He pauses for a second before uttering: "with experience in
Naval occupations of the past I suggest the following steps to
success in the Moriskovian waters which I will be implementing
effective immediately and will prepare for deployment later on
this week. Due to the fact that Moriskov is heavily armed with
Submarines we will need to tread lightly or risk being fired
upon by the monsters down-under. Therefore, our first course of
action will be the Deployment of 10th Squadron Praying Mantis
which has Attack Submarines capable of defending their above
water deployment complement."
"The Fleet that we will be deploying is our second best, and a
fine organization if I must say so myself. Battleship Strike
Group Dos is composed of nineteen Vessels and thirty-two
Aircraft, at Flagship it has a Destroyer Leader, as it's
Aircraft Carrier is has a Carrier Escort which carries thirty of
the Groups Aircraft, one of it's Battleships are equipped with
two helicopter landing pads which hold two Utility Helicopters,
it also has four other Battleships which are not with
helicopter, then there are the two Heavy Cruisers, eight
Destroyers, and two Submarines. The mission of the group will be
to patrol the Southern waters of Moriskov and watch for
aggressive deployments of naval assets from Moriskov. As always
if the Group is fired upon it will considered an act of war and
the Fleet will open fire to prevent being sank in it's defense."
He then steps to the side making a phone call to his second in
command ordering the launch of both elements from their
respective locations.

In response to the devastating earthquake, members of The RQH
Ministry of State have approached the Alliance. If Chengdu will
drop its war against the Nationalists, allowing them to keep the
Islands and one city in Chengdu. Then the RQH will stop the
combat on Hudan island and provide transportation for their
Marines back to Chengdu. The RQH will also provide assistance to
members of the P30/70. If Chengdu refuses, then due to the
nature of events the RQH will engage in total warfare with the
Marines on Hudan island and not provide assistance to the
P30/70.

Chengdu will order all of it's forces to stand down, however
they will not surrender any of the land that they have kept.
Chengdu will find peaceful measures to resolve this issue and
will remain under limited protection of the Power 30 and the
Seventy. Please bring all discussion of peace to the table at
the Power 30 of the Seventy and make all communication between
us classified to all other outside sources.

The Freedonian visitor speaks up, "The Freedonian government has
to question the legitimacy of an agency which claims to exist to
promote sovereign rights of nations, yet uses one nation
(Criteria) as the voice of another of its members."

Chengdu must remove its troops from Hudan Island and from around
the city of Songman. The Nationalist Chengdu will be recognized
and be invited into the IA. A formal peace decree must be
signed.

All native Chengdu troops of their respective nations will
return to base with an immediate ceasefire. No hostile action
will be taken from this point.
Peace has come. Nationalist Chengdu will be seen as Sovereign
yet will not be traded with unless it is a matter of utmost need
in which Good Samaritan clauses will be suggested and voted on
to provide aid.

The RQH will accept this with the exception that they will
establish a base on Northern Hudan to ensure no foul play from
the PRC. If this is agreed to then the RQH agrees to peace.

If foul play is manifested peacekeeping forces will be deployed
to handle the situation. The base will be built as a precaution
however. Both leaders shake hands, and walk away. Human death is
not the answer.
